Philip Bethge is a science and technology correspondent with the German news magazine DER SPIEGEL based in San Francisco, CA. He also worked as a wildlife biologist (PhD, University of Tasmania). The “Summit Post” was founded in August 2009. As Philip lives close to a summit now (overlooking part of SF-Bay), the name of the site seemed appropriate. |
